Ingredients:
To prepare the cake:
- 400 g of flour
- 400 ml of Ecomil almond cooking cream
- 200 g of raw cane sugar
- 200 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 sachet of yeast
To grease the pan:
- 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon of flour
Recipe:
- Mix in a bowl all the ingredients to prepare the cake: the flour, two cartons of Ecomil Cuisine amande, the sachet of yeast, sugar and extra virgin olive oil.
- Whisk all the ingredients for 5minuts until obtaining a smooth paste without lumps
- Butter the pan with sunflower oil (your cake won’t stick while being cooked with the use of flour and sunflower oil). To spread the oil efficiently and in a uniform way, you can also use a baking sheet. Then sprinkle the pan with a tablespoon of flour
- Pour the mixture into the pan then put in the oven after pre-heating. Let cook for 40minuts at 180º.
