Vegan chocolate chips muffins
Ingredients:
To prepare 20 muffins:
- 200 g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g of cane sugar
- 250 ml of Ecomil sugar-free almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 80 ml of sunflower oil
- 1 teapoon of vanilla extract
- 100 g black chocolate chips
Recipe :
- Heat the oven at 360°F.
- Mix the flour, the baking powder, bicarbonate, salt and sugar in a bowl
- Add the other ingredients whisking
- Pour the batter into muffin cups
- Bake for approximately 20mn.
- Allow to cool down on a grate.
