Winter or summer, it is always pleasant to have a smoothie! This one made by Sarah @humbly_healthy contains berries, rich in antioxidant. It is easy and quick to make, vegan, healthy and delicious!
For 1 or 2 people.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup Ecomil almond milk sugar-free
Preparation:
- Blend ingredients above in your trusty blender
- Add toppings of your choice! (see suggestions below)
- Enjoy it!
Suggestion of toppings:
- Home made granola
- Slices of green apple
- Slices of pineapple
- Raw almonds
- Pumpkin seeds
- Chia seeds
